Police issue community safety alert after release of high-risk sexual assault offender in Oshawa

Police are issuing a warning about a high-risk sex offender who now lives in Oshawa. Authorities are taking the uncommon step because while the man has served his sentence, they believe he could still be a danger. Germain Ma reports.
