Syria holds first election since dictator Assad’s fall

In Syria, polls have closed in the country’s first parliamentary elections since dictator Bashar al-Assad was overthrown last year. This is an important test for the country’s new leadership as it tries to move from revolution to governance. As Mike Armstrong explains, there is some skepticism over the unusual voting process.
