The union representing Canada Post workers says the Crown corporation’s latest contract offer is worse than before, despite weeks of waiting. In a statement Saturday, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers said the new proposal removes a previously-offered signing bonus and could lead to job cuts and post office closures.
