Thursday morning marked the grand opening of Peterborough’s newest affordable housing building.
The six-storey building on Monaghan Road in the south end has a mix of one, two and three bedrooms. Funded by all three levels of government, it’s designed for people at risk of homelessness, people with disabilities, and others in vulnerable situations.
