Plenty of unanswered questions remain after two children were taken to hospital after allegedly being assaulted by their foster parent. One child was taken to hospital in critical condition with life-altering injuries - and there's been no update from police on if their condition has changed. Some who work with CFS say - there are longstanding concerns about kids falling through the cracks. Global's Katherine Dornian has more.
