The spotlight is set for opening night at the 39th Edmonton International Film Festival with the premiere of ‘Singhs in the Ring.’ It's a powerful documentary that's already making waves. Nominated for nine Alberta Film Awards — including Best Documentary and Best Director — this film tells the incredible story of Gama Singh, the legendary Indo-Canadian wrestler who made his name in Calgary's iconic Stampede Wrestling.
