A Quebec man with autism has spent his life beating the odds and breaking barriers. Steven Atme is a music composer, producer, public speaker and strong advocate. The 32-year-old is hoping to improve mental health services and education for people living with autism and other disabilities. As Felicia Parrillo reports, his message is being heard.
