The Assembly of First Nations just wrapped up its annual general assembly in Winnipeg. The top issues on the agenda included Carney's push to fast-track Canadian infrastructure projects. Many First Nations say they weren't properly consulted before the 'Building Canada Act' passed through parliament in June.
