Four months after Vancouver’s Lapu Lapu Day tragedy, the temporary memorial near the site has been moved and consolidated with a second memorial at Mountain View Cemetery. As Catherine Urquhart reports, the community is thankful they’ve been listened to as they continue to grieve.
