Air Canada plans to gradually resume flights starting Tuesday evening, after it reached a tentative agreement with the union representing its flight attendants. But cancellations hit more than 500,000 travellers over recent days and getting stranded passengers to their destinations won’t happen overnight. Global’s Heidi Petracek spoke with stranded passengers to find out more about the frustrations they’re facing.
