A popular city park near the Old Port is being criticized for its lack of working toilets. Parc de Dieppe is a popular spot for viewing the fireworks, picnics and barbeques with beautiful views of the city. As Elizabeth Zogalis reports, without bathroom access and no portable toilets, some park visitors feel they have no choice but to take matters into their own hands.
