Cultural event funding drying up in B.C. say organizers

The organizers of major cultural and arts events in B.C., like the Celebration of Light, say they’re facing a growing challenge to secure funding. As Aaron McArthur reports, organizers say it’s to the point some of those events may no longer be viable.
