Some Montreal east end residents outraged over abandoned building next door

Neighbours living in the Mercier Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough are angry that a building gutted by fire years ago is still standing. They say the severely damaged, empty building is a safety risk and has become a focal point for crime in the neighbourhood. Phil Carpenter reports.
