The Toronto Tempo, and team president Teresa Resch, are just months away from launching the next major basketball franchise in a market saturated with pro sports. Resch told Global’s Eric Sorensen she expects the fanbase to be “loud and rambunctious” and her hope is the team will “inspire an entire new generation.”
