The Bowness Ratepayers Scout and Guide Hall Association was forced to take out another mortgage on their building following what Calgary police describe as a years-long embezzlement scheme by two men formerly employed there. As Skylar Peters reports, the group is carving a new path forward, driven by passion for their community.
