Toronto council stops short of reopening King St. to cars to ease traffic tensions

A small portion of King St. will soon be open to drivers who have been kept off the transit priority corridor. But the changes meant to ease congestion on neighbouring streets during the closure of a nearby intersection aren’t achieving what some councillors were hoping for. Matthew Bingley reports.
