Toronto council looks to address gaps in extreme heat strategy

Facing major backlash over its response to this week’s extreme heat, Toronto’s mayor is looking to address gaps in the city’s heat relief response. But many of those changes won’t come until long after summer is over. Matthew Bingley reports.
