North Vancouver cracking down on street RV parking

District of North Vancouver council passed a motion for increased enforcement, and to ticket and tow recreational vehicles parked on the street that are abandoned or owned by temporary workers. Many unhoused people also live in RV’s on the street, and Coun. Catherine Pope says housing issues need to be addressed. Grace Ke reports.
