Remains of Nicole Bell, who went missing in 2017, found in Salmon Arm

Human remains found in a rural area of Salmon Arm have been confirmed to be those of a women who went missing eight years ago. Nicole Bell disappeared in 2017, around the same time five other women in the North Okanagan did. Victoria Femia has more.
