Prime Minister Mark Carney announced on Monday that Canada would spend $9 billion to meet the NATO set two per cent benchmark for defence spending by the end of this fiscal year. Military Expert Christian Leuprecht joined Miranda Anthistle to discuss where the money will go, and how spending two per cent of the GDP is only the beginning.
