Quebec to drastically cut down on immigration

The Quebec government is looking into drastically reducing the number of immigrants it allows into the province. It especially wants to cut down on temporary immigration in Montreal and Laval. But as Global’s Franca Mignacca reports, businesses are concerned this will lead to a major labour shortage.
