Following decades of consultation and development, British Columbia's Heiltsuk Nation has ratified and adopted its written constitution. Formalizing the process Friday with a ceremonial feast, which included First Nations leaders and delegates from around the province, Paul Johnson was there for what's being called a "monumental day" in the nation's history.
