Petroleum analyst on why gas prices are jumping in B.C.

Despite no more carbon pricing, the cost to fill up at the pump has jumped in B.C. with prices reaching as high as 186.9 a litre this week across the lower mainland. Petroleum analyst Dan McTeague joins Global News Morning with more on how long this trend will continue and whether prices will dip this summer.
