Montrealers had a rare opportunity to get close and personal with police officers on Wednesday. “Coffee with a cop” is an annual initiative to improve relations with members of the force and the public. It’s part of the national police week and as Phil Carpenter explains, it’s fostering engagement with the communities they serve.
