The Ontario government is rolling out new measures to accelerate home construction and tackle rising housing costs. Municipal Affairs and Housing Minister Rob Flack has introduced the "Protecting Ontario by Building Faster and Smarter Act," which aims to eliminate some of the biggest roadblocks to affordability.
