British Columbia's police watchdog is investigating after an unmarked police car crashed into another vehicle while responding to a call in Courtenay last Tuesday. Surveillance video shows the police vehicle going through a stop sign with its siren on before hitting a blue vehicle, sending the car spinning into a rock.
