B.C. Premier David Eby speaks in Vancouver at the site of the Vancouver Lapu Lapu festival where a SUV drove through the crowd on Saturday night, killing 11 people and injuring dozens more. The premier had been at the event 24 hours earlier with his daughter and shared his grief for the B.C. Filipino community along side Vancouver-Kensington MLA Mable Elmore.
