Speaking at his final campaign trail stop in Penticton, B.C. on Sunday, NDP leader Jagmeet Singh answered “yes” to a reporter asking if it is time for electoral reform in Canada. Singh said he would not apologize for being willing to work with other federal parties, noting that they “have to work together” to get things accomplished for voters.
