A teen on trial for the killing of another boy outside a Halifax mall last April took the stand in his own defence. The accused says he and 16-year-old Ahmad Al Marrach challenged each other to a fight over a girl they liked and he expected they would both walk away. That did not happen. Skye Bryden-Blom reports.
