Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre said, during a campaign stop in Saint John, N.B., that a Tory government would create an energy corridor to speed up construction on key infrastructure projects. Under the proposal, he said, all levels of government would make legally-binding commitments to greenlight energy projects including pipelines, rail lines and other critical infrastructure.
