4th victim of Winnipeg serial killer finally identified as Ashlee Shingoose

Winnipeg police have identified the fourth victim of a serial killer. Ashlee Shingoose, a 30-year old from St. Theresa Point Anisininew Nation, was one of four Indigenous women murdered by Jeremy Skibicki in 2022.
