Ukrainian doctor facing financial barrier with getting licensed in B.C.

As British Columbians struggle to find family doctors, the province is going outside Canada to attract new expertise. But a major barrier is the exams foreign doctors have to write to become licenced here. They’re expensive. And as Alissa Thibault reports, that cost can be a major barrier for a doctor who arrives in Canada with nothing.
