Halifax streets and car repair shops see increase in spring potholes

It’s a bumpy ride in Halifax — bumpier than normal, in fact. With spring comes pothole season, and according to reports from the municipality, this year has seen a significant increase in the unforgiving bumps. Car repair shops have had no breaks either, as they are getting an uptick in calls about vehicle damage. Angela Capobianco has more.
