A new study out of Ontario shows recovering from a sport-related concussion can take much longer than first thought. Researchers from the University of Toronto and St. Michael’s hospital looked at MRI scans of athletes before and after suffering mild brain trauma. As health reporter Katherine Ward explains, evidence shows a concussion could still be seen long after athletes were cleared to return to play.
