Quebec creates new committee to study whether secularism rules are being followed

The Quebec government is considering taking its controversial secularism law even further. The province has now created a new committee tasked with looking into the ways bill 21 is applied, and whether it should be expanded to include other public spaces. Franca Mignacca reports.
