Tanker-cargo ship collision off UK coast most likely caused by ‘incompetence,’ expert says

A collision between a tanker carrying jet fuel and a cargo vessel in the North Sea was most likely caused by “incompetence,” an oceanographer, Dr Simon Boxall, said on Monday. The tanker was ablaze and leaking jet fuel off the coast of northeast England, with more than 30 crew sent to hospital.
