With tolls expected to start coming off the Macdonald and Mackay bridges in Halifax this weekend, questions are being raised about what traffic will look like moving forward. While Halifax Harbour Bridges says much of the Macdonald bridge will remain the same, the Mackay bridge is another story. Angela Capobianco has the details.
