A new centre for young, at-risk men opens its doors in Montreal

One more step has been taken to address the housing crisis in Montreal. A residence has just been opened for at-risk young men under the age of 26 to help them transition into permanent homes. As Phil Carpenter reports, the project is funded by three levels of government.
