The Vancouver mayor's plan to pause the construction of new supportive housing in the city is generating a lot of controversy.  It is expected to go before the council on Wednesday. Advocates for Downtown Eastside residents say the proposal could harm the city's most vulnerable people. Andrea Macpherson reports.
