Canada’s high-speed rail plan gets multi-billion-dollar boost

Prime minister Justin Trudeau was in Montreal on Wednesday to announce Alto, a new high-speed rail line that would connect Quebec City to Toronto. The train would be the largest infrastructure project in Canadian history, and many seem to be on board. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
