A winter storm continues to strengthen in parts of Ontario and Quebec on Sunday — heavy snowfall blanketing the region further. Atmospheric physicist Kent Moore says this will help delay wildfire season this year. The city of Toronto is bracing for up to 25 centimetres of snow on Sunday.
