Mother of beaten teen gets some money from court settlement

Nearly nine years after her son was beaten into a coma and left with permanent brain injuries, a Kamloops mother has finally received the first instalment of her court settlement against the man responsible. But as Angela Jung reports, she’s getting a fraction of the money being given to a major bank.
