Barbara Hall, general manager of transportation services at the City of Toronto, said on Friday another significant snowfall is expected this weekend with up to an additional 25 centimetres following Thursday’s big blast. Gray said on Friday that, “We proactively declared a major snowstorm condition, as well as a significant weather event on Wednesday evening. These declarations will remain in effect through the weekend and potentially longer.”
