A person has died following a fire north of Lindsay, Ont., on Thursday afternoon.
City of Kawartha Lakes OPP and other investigators remained on the scene Friday along Snug Harbour Road.
They were focusing on the marina area.
OPP say the blaze was extinguished by fire rescue before officers arrived.
On Friday morning OPP confirmed one person died as a result of the fire.
No details have been provided about the victim.
The Office of the Fire Marshal was also on scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
