Quebec gets new special victims’ program

Quebec’s justice minister announced a new ‘special victim assistance program’ is beginning in St. Jean Sur Le Richelieu. The government started implementing the program four years ago. Its goal is to create a more comfortable environment so more victims of sexual or intimate partner violence come forward. Amanda Jelowicki reports.
