There is a firestorm of reaction to the tariffs U.S. President Donald Trump has imposed on Canadian, Mexican and Chinese exports. And after Canada announced counter-tariffs being implemented as early as Tuesday, China and Mexico are now laying out their plans for retaliation, too. Vincent McAviney reports.
