National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) member Todd Inman said on Friday that he spent the past several hours with the victims’ families, and that they are getting assistance. “Our job is to make sure this tragedy doesn't happen again, regardless of what anyone may be saying. Our investigators never want to see this happen again," Inman said.
