: After decades of dreaming, planning and several more years of construction, the redevelopment of Toronto's East Portland is one step closer to completion. Now a tri-government funding announcement of nearly a billion dollars will go towards speeding up the infrastructure needed to build nearly 14,000 homes. Matthew Bingley report.
