Climate activists booed as they interrupt play starring Sigourney Weaver

Climate activists were met with boos and jeers after interrupting a performance of ‘The Tempest’ starring Sigourney Weaver in London, U.K. The protesters came on stage, used a confetti cannon and held up a sign which read “Over 1.5 degrees is a global shipwreck,” a reference to the play, before being escorted away.
