First Nations leader walks back previous opposition to Northern Gateway pipeline

In light of U.S. President Donald Trump’s threatened tariffs on Canadian exports, the president of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs, Grand Chief Stewart Phillip, is walking back his previous opposition to the scrapped Northern Gateway pipeline.
